SERVICES PROVIDED BY OUR OFFICE IN A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION:
- Review contract terms - Calendar all dates of interest, modifications, inspections, finance, home sale contingency, closing date - Discuss possible modifications to the contract - Review and discuss home inspection results and concerns - Correspond with attorney for buyer/seller regarding modification and inspection concerns - Copies of all correspondence provided to client and realtor - As for Purchaser, contact mortgage lender regarding loan status and approval (extend time frame if loan still pending) - Schedule closing - Prepare, gather and review pre-closing documentation - Attend closing and review all closing documents with clients - Secure post-closing documents and close file
